Flextek buffer FIFO LIFO help

Dear fellow assemblers. Need help to locate program for Flextek buffer (end of the line). Our unit lost battery power inside of PLC CPU unit (SLC 5/03) and now it lost program inside I believe because it shows Time Out at the time of initialization and FLT light on CPU init blinks. Does anyone in the world still have this unit or program for it? SOS
