FUJI CP4-3 CPIV-3 Parts/Nozzle Camera Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with a Fuji CP4-3 where during the nozzle center the image displayed by both the wide and narrow view camera is a black square. We have checked the cable coming from the 4400 Card and all checks out. We have also pulled this card, cleaned and inspected it with no change. When trying a different narrow view camera outside of the machine we are still getting a black square. This leads me to the issue not being camera or the light tunnel. I am leaning towards something with the 4400 card.

Has anyone seen this issue or similar? If so, how was it remedied? Any advise for additional troubleshooting would be appreciated.
