Where do you find SMT Programmers? | 17 July, 2020

Hey yall, been trying to fill an SMT programming position, but it seems like I'm not getting great hits through the usual suspects (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). Anyone got any other possible resources for finding someone who can program Fuji machines? Really struggling over here without one. Thanks so much!

Ask your Fuji sales rep. And other sales people that you deal with. And if you are ever looking for a job ask them if they know who is hiring. Good sales reps keep their ear to the ground.
