DEK Horizon 03i reference point lost | 15 September, 2020

Hello! We have a DEK Horizon 03i paste printer. When we load a new program at change over, most of the time it lost the reference point for the camera axes. After that the fiducials coordinates changed automatically to minus values. The service said, we have to write a new DEK program from the Default program, but it doesn't help. So everytime we have to set the reference point by manual. Anyone have ideas for that problem?!

Why are you looking at the camera reference position frequently? This is / should be a maintenance setting. Please clarify.

Because after we set the reference point at the right place, the program is working. The problem is.. the DEK try to find the reference point at different locations, it happens mostly at changeovers and sometimes before the fiducial check. When it lost the reference point, the DEK cant find the fiducials.

Try to make a copy of the default programme while creating a new programme and overwrite it.. to ensure that machine paramters are the same as the default programme.
