We use Antistatic/Conductive slippers, Aprons, Wristbands in our manufacturing line. Is it mandatory to use finger cots in addition to this ? Please suggest

Not for ESD specifically. You sound like you're doing plenty. Typically gloves are used more for fingerprint avoidance rather than ESD. The only real reason the gloves are listed as ESD, is because you don't want them to cause issues. They really won't do anything to help with ESD directly.
