Hello This part of the machine was damaged and we still cannot contact a supplier that sells it. If anyone has any contact that can provide me with spare parts for the GSM2 dual beam machine (4688A), I would appreciate it.

Or if someone can provide me with the UIC part number of the universal item, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Travis H, Thank you very much for answering and helping.

Apparently, but I'm not sure what the X linear bearing assembly is. The replacement part I am looking for is I believe this item (circled). In the picture you share, item 2 I assume is the rail where the linear bearing assembly X goes that got damaged.

I do not know, if suddenly another more precise indicative appears on another sheet where I specify this object enclosed in the circle?

I can find this document that you use on the internet, how? Or could you share it?

The document I am using is through Universals Voyager software. It contains all the manuals, part lists, procedures, etc. It is an installed piece of software so it would be hard to share. I was able to find the pdf of this breakdown. I assume the bearing you are looking for comes as set with the linear rail and can't be purchased separately. Currently Universals web site for spare parts is undergoing maintenance so I can't see their price and availability.

I have only found the bearings on UIC's shop (>$4500). If you manage to locate manufacturer, please post info here, so we can all benefit. We have one machine that will need bearing replacement very soon...
