SMT Pick n Place Equipment Needed

Hi I need help with sourcing the correct Pick n place machine with a reflow oven and manual stencil printer. Preferably looking for good used equipment that is reliable. A brand that is considered a work horse in the industry. My volume is low, maybe 50k boards a year. We are a non-profit which has many perks with partnering. We can offer tax breaks for donated equipment or if your company wants to take the advantage of tax breaks can lease the equipment and then just lease it right back while taking the breaks.
