Juki KE-2060R Axis Driver: Z4-axis failed originating. | 2 April, 2021

Hello. When I am originating machine Juki KE20060RL Error On Initializing appear 1. E603438 Axis Driver: Z4-axis The position error exceeded the limit. 2. E603431 Axis Driver: Z4-asis status error. 3. E604432 Axis Driver: T4-asis failed motion start. 4. E603412 Axis Driver: Failed to initialize Z4-axis. I am check and diagnosed that motor Z don't move at all. Has anyone had such a problem with SMT machine ? -- sacd@interia.eu

Not sure if you fixed the problem in the meantime but try to disable the Z4 head to see if the problem actually belongs to the 4th head. Sometimes a totally unrelated problem is manifesting on the head. (I had communication problems between the XMP card and the drives reporting the head problems)
