MPM Accuflex won't unload the PCB automatically to the conveyor

The MPM Accuflex will unload the PCB to the conveyor when an explicit button command is given in Configure/Product transfer/FMI/Advanced/"Unload" or if there is a stretch error and the operator is given the choice to "Unload PCB", so I know the SMEMA coms are good. However, the board will not automatically unload to the conveyor during production. It just sits at the right-side eye. I've tried different configurations in the Product transfer utility without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

It turns out I should have looked at the error more closely. "There is a printed PCB that failed due to a stretch tolerance on the right side of the machine". I ran 'Optimize' in the vision calibration before running 'Calibration' and it resolved this error. Now the board unloads as expected.
