DEK 265 Horizon - DEK CSS Error - HELP!

Hello,

Our machine started to not stopping board into the right position (stop pin was not working we guess).

After some inspection we have not seen anything strange. However the DEK software decided to not work anymore.

We've been messing arrounfñd with software and hardware prior this error so we really don't know what happened. Checked all cables ine by one, no luck. Sony camera had internal fuse blown. However after replacing we still facing same issue.

Once system starts prompts a message: DEK_CSS Service check. Timed out. Check your system configuration and restart.

If we manually initialize the printer software, the motor controller board init and all the system, however again it prompts another error message: An error has ocurred. DEK_CUI.exe

Does anybody faced the same problem? As we had not done previously any system back up, we cannot test if we messed some software settings or not.. Is anybody there with a back up of his hard drive and can share it with me? Please!
