Hi.

I would just like to warn everyone from this chinese fraud company. We bought an used Koh Young Zenith from them which should be in perfect condition and with 6 month warranty. They supplied the machine which of course is not working and was assembled from different spare parts. Also they changed the machine label with a newer one. Of course like 99% of the companies in China they don't accept any reclamation, due they are re-seller and we have to blame the original owner, who we don't know.

I am aware of that we have to clean this mess by ourself, but at least we informed the police in Suzhou.

Maybe we helped someone with this post, not to make the same mistake.

Thanks for the heads-up for this company. Would rather pay extra to gain confidence to the equipment you're buying especially if used.

1) Buy from a reputable and trusted company. 2) Source out for a technical support company available in your region. 2) Review the T&C's or any signed purchase agreement. Get legal advice if desired. 3) Don't pay in full, e.g. 50% upon order, 30% upon delivery, 20% upon commission.

If the machine seemed to be not working, then the warranty should take care of it (before it expires).
