Hello there I would like to know what is the best way to work a stencil template, if to send it to be manufactured with an electropolishing or nanoslic finish. I would like to know differences one from the other and which is the best, I am attentive to your comments, thank you.

Nowadays I cut everything with nano-coat. it does improve release and adds 25% to the stencil price. Adds a little more time to cure the coat.

We use nanocoating also on the stencils we purchase for our facility. It's easier to clean, there is less wear on the surface, and the solder paste releases better from smaller apertures.
