Hi, Anyone has experience mounting Micro SIM card connectors? In particular I am trying to pick a connector MPN 0788000001 (Molex), but I don't know which nozzle to use. Thanks in advance!!

The easiest way is to apply the Kapton Discs onto the SIM card connector, then select the largest nozzle that would form the good vacuum to pick up the part. The hardest part is not pickup; it's the placement. To place it correctly without misalignment (vision issue).

We use WRN (wide range nozzle) depend of head you use. H08, H02... Before pickup just make pickup offset and reduce pick up, transport speed. But, standard nozzle also could be used.
