What is the proper storage and shelf life after washing a PCB with an OSP finish? We sometimes have to pull the boards off the line and wash the solder paste off the boards.

Unfortunately I can't answer your question with any authority, but I guess my question in return would be why? Can you do something to address the root cause?

The best shelf life for OSP is run both sides the same day they are opened for the first time. They are good for JIT but I didn't know that they were still good after washing.

OSP is there to keep the copper from oxidizing. Once you wash the board, the copper is exposed. So, you have to either use it right away, or store it in a non-oxygen environment (vacuum/nitrogen).
