I have a solder paste fridge; my question is what is the type of this connector so I can use it to attach a warning light. And is it a power source or is it a dry contact relay output?

It appears to be a female DIN connector.

Can you count the # of holes inside this connector ?

So far, unable to locate the same mating connector but the picture is not perfectly clear.

Unscrew it, pull it out at least a bit so you can take a better frontal image of it and from the side too. Then you would have better luck to find what connector it is by using the Google Image search

It's either a 6 pin DIN of 6 pin Mini DIN. The diameters are different so check that.
