Are you talking about in the machine as in the blowers? Or the exhaust?

When CFM is an issue with an oven I think exhaust. With the blowers I check the oven with a profiler.

I would think that the geometry of the heaters and oven would affect how much CFM is needed from the blowers. Which would make it not a great metric to compare ovens.
