Never heard of it, but if it is recycled solder, I'd be VERY wary about putting it in a soldering machine. It could be OK but it might ruin your 350 kg or whatever of solder you have in it. I would want a very strict guaranteed analysis of all impurities and this includes non-metallic ones, including dross before I would even consider adding just 1 kg.
