UPload problem has been resolved - wave solder paper is available in library

The uploading problem has been resolved - the paper on controlling the wave solder process and resolving causes of defects is now available for downloading.

Sorry for the previous difficulties.

Oh yeah - the paper is close to 1 meg long, so keep this in mind if your on a slow dial-in like I am.
