Need a UV resistant black potting material

Need a UV resistant black potting material | 27 May, 1999

Does anyone have a suggestion for a UV resistant black potting material? The material recommended by a local vendor turned gray in a couple of months in the sun here in Florida. We are using L.E.D.'s in a small housing (about 1.2" cube) and need to seal up the board and its solder joints, with the tops of the L.E.D.'s exposed. The location will be outside, in addition to the weather it will also be subjected to regular cleaning with high pressure water. We're going to be making 15,000 plus of these modules, so any material suggestions would be appreciated.
