Squeegee cleaning | 6 December, 2000

Happy Holidays to all!

Has anyone seen or heard of an automatic cleaner for squeegee blades and holders? I searched the archives and found nothing! I simply don't want to tie up the stencil cleaners with squeegees!

That's how ours works...has a basket underneath the stencil hanger that we drop our squeegees into...it also handles misprints fairly well.

It's a factory option for the SmartSonic.....dunno about other makes.

We are currently using an Aqueous Technologies Ultrasonic Stencil cleaner with Petroferm Chemistry.We Just drop the blades in turn on....come back 10 minutes later...squeeky clean.
