Floor Wire less strap

Dear all Considering Anti static precautions? 1-Do we need to add a layer of ...say . Epoxy for the floor in our factory? provided that .The current floor is hard top concrete of 250 Kg/cm2. 2- Anti body heared about Wire less Hand strap Some body told me that it is approved by the US army instead of the foot strap.please if anybody is using it just tell me. 1 It depends on the Vbe of your components, how much people and components move from one location to another, how you transpost these items, other measures you take limit the sensitivity of components, and on and on.
