I suggest that you display questions and responses in a slightly different order. Within any given string of Q's and A's, the topmost displayed item should be the oldest. The most recent item should be at the bottom. In this way, a viewer can easily move down the collumn, and follow the entries in the order they were submitted. For examle:

Q: What do you think about product A? 1/1 @ 8am R: We have product A ... 1/1 @ 2pm R: We have product A and we like B... 1/1 @ 4pm R: We think B... 1/1 @ 10pm R: We think A... 1/1 @ 6pm etc.

Thanks for your suggestion. We went with the existing format because it fit the same pattern as before the new forum went up, and we didn't want to make any dramatic surprises. Yet I think it is a good idea, and I may add a "switch" so that you can view the forum in the format you described.

Thanks, Cliff
