Anyone Know Warp Standard (ANSI/IPC-D-300G)? ?? | 28 August, 1998

Does anyone know about the ANSI/IPC PCB warpage standard? What is the best way to determine weather boards are warped or not? What equipment works best? Or, is there a general rule of thumb that is also compliant with the standard? I would like to hear from someone who knows. Thanks in advance.
