Fuji QP

Hi, I'm an SMT tech in a major OEM in Scotland and we have just purchased two Fuji QP's. Does anybody out there have a list of do's and don'ts especialy regarding preventative maintenance and common faults.

Jim- I Haven't used the QP's yet...however FUJI Does have a complete supply of machine maintenance manuals. try getting ahold of them and they should be able to set you up. With all the fuji Equipment I've used though, the PM's for the different machines varies very little. i.e. Keep all filters clean, Clean and lube Ball Screws and LM shafts, check belts for wear.... and so on. After a few weeks of operation and observance of the machine, you can almost completely deduce, what PM's need to be done. Hope this helps any -Ben
