Slim-Kic prophet system

I would like to hear any feed back concerning the Slim-Kic prophet system. Does it deliver what is promised? From what I can tell from the demo its a great idea. Please let me know what you think Mike

The KIC Prophet system does indeed deliver as promised. The Slim-KIC (datalogger portion) works well and is worth the price of admission by itself. The Prophet portion of the system (resident in the oven) works great and decreases the requirement for periodic re-profiling. Remember that any system is only as good as it's implementation! If you use the functionality of the system it gives you great information. If you do not implement a systematic way of monitoring the system, it can only supply a bunch of data instead of real information. Rick
