Reflow of flex circuit

I am looking for information on reflow temps for a flex board. There is only one 6 pin IC but the board has a 3M double sided tape. Is it possible to reflow without damaging the tape. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? Do you have a profiler for your reflow oven? A profiler would be the best way to see where to set the temps. Also the heated length and number of zones in your oven will make a difference. Please provide more information and I will offer my best recommendations. Another possibility would be to run some profile development at my lab. I can do this for you at no charge as ETS is a manufacturer of Solder Reflow and Curing systems.
