I'm looking to find a traning course for PCB design & layout

Hi! I'm looking to find a training course for PCB design & layout. It would be prefer to be in Canada, if such courses are available here... if not I'll go where ever I have to. The course should be about the following points or more: -Crosstalk -coupling reduction techniques -electrical properties of PCB's -design points -Common impedance coupling -transmission line model -earth loops -Radiation from digital circuits -basic radiating structures -magnetic dipole radiation -near and far fields -reflected radiated waves -reducing current on long lines -digital clock distribution -power supply distribution -Bypass capacitors -cross grounding -Motherboard layout -multi-layer PCB -Ground plane slots -Segregation by logic speeds -track discontinuities -Transients -electro-mechanical devices (inductive loads) -Precautions against transients -Electromagnetic field interference reduction -fundamental theory -types of field -shielding -filters -filter mounting -EMI filters -Bonding -bonding effectiveness -corrosion -galvanic corrosion -electrolytic corrosion -bond straps versus green/yellow earthing -And the list go on...
