I have done a search of the Forum and didn't really see what I was looking for. We could be doing a 12" x 10" x .060" single sided ceramic PCB with all surface mount devices. Are there any "secerts" or "things to watch out for" when processing ceramic assemblies? Thanks in advance for any help.

Dave, Ceramic sheets of that size are not always flat and as a result will sometimes crack when clamped along the full edge. Point clamping will hold the substrate secure for placement. If you are not processing in a pallet make sure that you have support pins and control the placement pressure. Andy
