I am looking for information regarding reflow specifications for through hole comonents using pin & paste methods. possible rules to follow or technical papers.

Hello Steve There is a wealth of information on this process in the archives. Please search for pin in paste, paste in hole, intrusive reflow, etc. You'll find links to Bob Willis, Amp and Phil Zarrow as well. Many of us use this process daily with great success. Good luck John Thorup
