to use the fuji america office you have to be a registered customer, which we are not since we are based in the uk. we cannot go to the uk fuji agent either

basically i am looking for a list of parts that would be required to be changed in an annual service for the qp242 and cp642. this information will not be relaeased by astro or fuji america or fuji japan as we are a competitior to astro in the uk, so if anyone who is a registered user wants to ask fuji america on our behalf, that would be great

Did you consider legal actions? Rumors are that one of the Big one lost already a case with these restrictive services. In comparison, I get my German car serviced anywhere in U.S. even if I had bought it in Germany.
