Need Help from someone with experiance on connecting CSM60 to PC | 3 March, 2002

Hi,

We've got one CSM60 and one CSM60V! After searching for a long time i've found the CSM Toolbox (/10) for UFO FIles !!

Now i want to connect those machine's to a PC but i've tried everyhing but it doesn't work !!

Does someone have experiance with this ??????? Because i haven't got any information about this topic!

I need to store the data on disks because the machine's data is full !!

PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Need Help from someone with experiance on connecting CSM60 to PC | 4 March, 2002

As I recall you need to connect them via serial interface. Make sure the setting on both sides is matching and that you have Rx and Tx connected in your cable. Don�t remember any troubles with data exchange with this baby.

CSM60 - I presume is the same as Yamaha6020/21 series? Are you running UFOS, ie *.brd files and not *.pnt files. Either way I can help if we are talking about the same machine. Please advise and I can send you the software by email and the manuals by air mail.

hi,

yes i know those machine'a are made by YAMAHA !! Philips sels them under a different name. i know this machine (PHILIPS, YAMAHA) uses UFO's and BRD Files! It would be great sending us the software including the manuals! Thnx alot pal.
