The EMS company i work for assembles a small PCB board that requires 10 solid press fit pins installed. The pins are Phosphor Bronze, CDA-510 Alloy, Grade A, 3/4 hard with a finish of .00012 min tin/lead over .00005 min nickel.I would like these placed on a continuous strip end to end so that i can install by pin placement machine. The length of the pin is .250 with the angle from corner of pin dirrectly across to the other corner being .025.The lead in on the pin is approx .008 to .011.

I've found a few places that make these pins but unfortuanately our Quanities of pins used (50,000 a month) does not warrant continuous strip.

Would any one know a manufactuere of the above pin that would place these pins on a continous strip?

Thanks for any help.

P.S. I've looked through the SMT net archive without success
