Is there a Technical graph/chart/table guideline for designers on which Solder Sphere/pad size is plotted vs. pitch design to acheive maximum SJR?

While unfamiliar with some of the terms you use, could this be what you seek? http://www.pcbstandards.com/downloads/Metric%20Environment/General%20Documentation/PCB%20Design/PCB%20Design%20Routing/Metric%20BGA%20Routing.pdf

Stepping backwards just a bit, guidelines like the one you seek and in the link above require careful consideration. Sometimes it's better to do the proper research and use: * Part fabricator recommendations * SM-782 approximation * Product use pad layout design by someone like Jim Blankenhorn

Hi

I haven't looked yet at what DaveF gave you.

It is my guess that your SJR stands for Solder Joint Reliability.

The answer would in general be NO to your question.

Usually things in the design community are done in steps that provide a certain comfort and room for usual and random error. Mostly no one except a pure scientist cares that .001499 is different than .001 if my point makes sense.
