Hello, Do you have anybody experience with bond dispenser PANASONIC BD 12? We are losted calibration data from machine because machine was without power too long time. I am looking for advice how to regenerate machine. Thank you. CALVERA

Hello We have several BD12's but I do not understand what you mean by calibration data. The machines we have, all come with the following disks HRX-11, SYSTEM, IPDATA. If you are missing any disks you can contact KME with the serial of the machine and they should still have these disks. Also you will need to replace the backup battery on one PCB before you do this or you will loose all data when power off. Thanks Terry

This is why it is so important to print out a copy of the machine's initial data and tape it inside the front cover. You lose memory and it's right there.

Hello Terry, Thank you for reply. Data what we lost are in the memory. Unfortunately we bought second hand machine and for this machine was include only system disk. Around my country region is support from PANASONIC quite far way and not so flexible even factories around have different kind machines. Backup battery we already check this is OK. Problem is that this machine was not run maybe 6 months. Now we want to make sample boards on this machine we can not...
