lead free process

We all know the Lead Free process is trend, so we trial run it, now it is only my comment that we have a good achievement after several tries,we have taken serveral photos about Lead Free process with ErsaScope. 1.The surface of the solder joint are smooth but not shining, there are some insufficient solder or black block. 2.The solder joint of IC is better than chip R/C. 3.How to inspect our effect, only with pushing the part? By the way ,now I want to show our achievement to our customers, how can I do.
