We consider stencils to be 'tools'. That way, we take steps to make sure they are available, when we start a build that requires them.

We read what you wrote, but were unclear on what you were asking. Like: What's a feeder maintenance footprint?

We don't consider feeders to be tools. Each is a calibratable machine with seperate maintenance and calibration schedules.

HOW FEEDERS CAN BE CALIBRATED? WHAT IS THE NORMAL RECOMMENDED CALIBRATION SCHEDULE (IN NORMAL USAGE)? WE DOING THE NORMAL MAINTANANCE OF CLEANING AND LUBRICATION.WHETHER THIS IS SUFFICIENT?

Feeders are "calibrated" according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check your manual.

Maintenance schedules are based on: * Design * Use
