Is it true that a DEK printer will not accept a standard 20X20 stencil. I have heard that the image on the stencil is offset as well.(you need special stencils just for DEK printers?)

Do they make an adapter to accommodate standard 20X20's with centered images ?

Looking in my DEK 265 LT manual, frame size external is 29 by 29 by 1.6 in. 26 by 26 internal, and printing to within side of frame = 75 mm.Hope this helps.

To simplify; Can I take a 20X20 stencil with a centered image off my shelf and drop it into a DEK printer.

OR...Does DEK require a special stencil like Fuji's do ?

DEK can take the 20x20 frame with an adapter. Stencil image is center justified. Contact DEK for p/n and price for adapter.

Hey, I just got off the phone with DEK. A 20 by 20 stencil will not drop right in, they do make a fixture so you can use a 20 by 20. Call DEK at 908-782-2363 talk to Ron. Later

A 20 x 20 frame with the image centered will drop in IF you have a printer with adjustable rails for the stencil, the rails move in and out to accomodate 29 x 29 to smaller than 20 x 20. Otherwise, you will need the adapter.
