where to find older Siemens line transformer and equipment | 31 March, 2004

I am looking to aquire an older Siemens line (SP-120,HS-180) but I need a line transformer to operate.

I have tried all the usual equipment suppliers but they all stock newer generation spare parts.

Can anyone help me with a location or company that is looking to sell older Siemens spare parts?

where to find older Siemens line transformer and equipment | 6 April, 2004

What kind of transformer is this? Is it single phase, 3 phase? What's the input and output voltage and how much current can you draw off of the secondary?

I'm doing something with a stepup transformer right now and am wondering what Siemens used to use.

where to find older Siemens line transformer and equipment | 7 April, 2004

Hi Dilbert, it is a step up transformer from 3 phase 208 to 3 phase 380. Each machine does not draw more than 3 Amps per phase. However, circuit breakers are rated at 15 Amps. The transformer has three power outlets, each one has a Perilex (European) connector with 5 pins for three phase, ground and protective ground. There are also single phase outlets ~ 240V to operate vision system and line controller.
