We use a Yamaha YV100XT pick and place machine, we have just discovered this new error, during operation or resetting after making some changes on production data the machines freezes and the keyboard and controller freezed. to get it back to working,we have to shut down (power switch) the machine and turn it on again. it seems the computer problem, any 1 familiar with this problem please email me.

YV100 is the sapphire? Right? I would run scan disk. You probably have a bad sector on the RAM DRIVE.

Hi Raj,

Which vios version are you using? I understand this machine is YV100XT and not YV100XTg so the software is DOS one. Please inform the version and probably I might be able to help.

hi yes it is YV100XT and its DOS base i think its vios is Version 2.10 japanese dos version
