Need to fix Universal programmer/digitizer | 20 October, 2004

Hi,

I am looking for someone to repair my Universal Digitizer/Programmer model 6892. I can not get the "@" sign after loading the GEN.exe to UIC and also the X,Y display, over the digitizing table is blank. I think, there is a hardware issue.

Any recommendation on who could help to fix the problem will be greatly appreciated. I might also be looking for a regular maintenance service on our DIP Inserter and VCD Sequencer.

I am located West of Bostom, near Route 495

If you are still in need of support, you may locate Universal support information at here: http://www.uic.com/wcms/WCMS2.nsf/index/Contact_Us_94.html You should start with IM technical support. Depending upon the assessment, they may recommend service support.
