Dryer Indicator

I've heard about the dessicator i.e.useless in sealed bags, ineffectual, but have not heard about the Dryer Indicator will contaminate the immersion Silver/Tin surface. Can someone help? I was told that the dryer indicator (HIC) that contains sulphur/Chlorid can cause solderability issue. Is that right? If so what is the next best alternative to monitor RH level in the PCB packing.

Thanks in advance.

Desicattor is used for storage and not the indicator or meter to check the humidity.

I am not sure that the HIC will affect the solderability, if yes, when they pack together with the MSD then we also have solderability problem on component. Per J-STD-033A, the HIC should meet MIL-I-8835. Check with HIC supplier.
