Lead Coplanarity issue....help | 22 July, 2005

Hi,

I am an engineer based in Scotland, but have some IC's sitting with a company in the Boston area, that need checked for coplanarity.

Does anybody know of a company/ lab with a lead inspection machine that they could be sent to?

Regards, Dave.

I believe it would be easier to place and reflow the parts and then send them out for proper soldering.
