HI all,

i have 2 omniflow 5 zone reflow ovens would these be suitable for rohs compliance

also 2 iemme 760 reflow oven with 4 upper zone and 4 lower zones would these be suitable also

any feed back would really help

I have seen good results on OmniFlo 5 for Pb Free solderpastes PROVIDED the boards are low to medium thermal mass and have no high conveyor speed (high production) requirements. Max peak temp you can set on O5 is 280C, enough to get 230C on-board temps at the solder joints, which is peak temp requirement for most good Pb Free solderpastes today.
