Design copywrite

I have an new product which I brought from another country which I want to do some buz in my country by knowing the product sctructur and copywtite to make the product locally. It is a song player gadget (like transistor player,handheld sizeable).There is 10songs none stop playing for 24hrs. I can fabricate most of the components and parts expect the "music" player which is a "chip IC". Can someone help me to look at this and advise me. I can share some amout of $$$..
