I direly need a Dynapert dd4500 setup jig if somoene has one they can sell or let me use for a fee so i can get one made at the machine shop, please let me know.

Do you need the 'bug' or the plate? The plate is what goes onto the table and the bug is what you put into the upper jaws...

We use the 4500 and I may be able to help you out. If you only need the bug, the width is .300" and I can get a measurement to you for the rest... I'm not sure the owner would go for releasing some of this tooling.

I also can give you part #'s, if that's what is needed.

Hi PFI,

Sorry, the owner probably will not go for shipping the bug. We have 4 plates here, but only one bug for the dip and one for the VCD's. I'll do my best to get you the information needed, though...

The part # is DIP-561 and is $500 USD from Universal. I'll post the measurements if you wish to go that route instead in just a few moments.

Measurements: Block is .680" x .680" x .125" 4 dowel pins: .026" diameter x .250" length Center to center measurements on block where dowel pins are inserted: .600" x .600"
