TF1500 , TF3000 Feedback

We already have a BGA rework station but doesn't have a vision system for alignment before place, so we are looking for equipment with vision sys.I would like some feedback from users of PACE TF 1500 or TF 3000, is the cheapest I found.Appreciate a lot any comment. Thanks
