MPA III glue dispenser

We are dealing with a unique machine that is having a couple of problems that we are trying to fix. A component code error appears whenever editing is done to any part of the program, array, or component library. This error we believe is causing the dispenser not to operate in the auto mode. The machine will place parts but does not blow the glue head in operation. In manual the head will blow air, but not in auto. If you have any possible solutions, I would appreciate the help.
