Job Description: |
Primary Function: Development and coordination of all activities necessary to support sales promotion such as product presentations, customer consultation, trade show participation, sales meetings, etc. which eventually leads to maximum successful sales of Fuji products by FAC. The responsibilities include oversight and creation of quotes and customer presentations. Make recommendations of Fuji Products for new and existing customers. Ability to adapt in an international and after hours environment as needed. Support of Eastern United States Region, Puerto Rico, and possibly some areas of Mexico if needed from time to time.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and perform product presentation of all Fuji products including software to potential as well as existing customers.
• Schedule and Execute Regular visits to customers in order to build a solid relationship between the customer and Fuji America Corporation
• Assist sales reps with technical aspects relating to machine and software functionality, and utilization.
• Provide technical sales support to internal/external customers and sales reps.
• Assist with various trade shows and sales meetings.
• Constantly and constructively promote ideas to Management as well as other managers that contribute to the long term success of FAC.
• Assist and support Sales Representatives in all technical aspects relating to machine and software orders.
• Assist the Sales Representatives in selecting and recommending the best equipment for customers’ particular applications through joint efforts and joint travel
• Assist in Recommending Fuji Products for customers’ specific applications.
• Responding to any issues sales reps and/or customers may have as they relate to sales promotions or technical inquiries.
• Traveling in order to visit Sales Reps and/or customers as well as any purpose related to the sales promotion when necessary. This may include overseas travel.
• Oversee and assist sales team members as needed with the completion and presentation of the quotation process.
