Production Planner

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.  With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits’ sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.

To monitor the dc schedules and to make the necessary adjustments to meet customer order requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB SPECIFIC:

To monitor each production facility to ensure the schedule is followed.
Advise manufacturing control and purchasing departments of any potential late orders and expedite.
Create manufacturing orders for partial reel kits as required.
Review potential late order report daily in order to minimize customer late orders.
Transfer inventory as needed between warehouses to cover customer orders.
To release customer orders to shipping.
To prepare daily late orders report and follow up with various production stations.
To expedite manufacturing kits with various production facilities according to customer requirements and stock levels.
Review customer change orders and make changes as required.
To provide lead times for customer orders when required.
Input new ravon orders into the system and update ship dates.

AUTHORITY (IF APPLICABLE):

To release all manufacturing orders and to approve change orders that do not include cancellations and/or decreases.
Qualifications
Ability to read, write and orally communicate in English.
Bachelors degree.     
Computer knowledge in data entry.
