All that is necessary for a request for quote (RFQ) is an electronic bill of material (BOM) and Gerber files.
Typically we will respond immediately for assembly quotes and 24 hrs if quoting custom PCB fabrication.
All Assemblies are fabricated in the United States with the highest degree of quality in mind. All workmanship standards are of IPC-610F Class2 standard unless otherwise noted can be built to level 3. We only use J-Std-0001 certified soldering personnel. Ask about our ROHS Lead Free services.
All assemblies are fabricated in an ESD safe work environment using only the highest quality tools. All equipment is calibrated and constantly monitored for accuracy.
All CCA's are cleaned using environmentally safe cleaning agents with minimal VOC's and convection oven baked per JEDEC requirements if handling a moisture sensitive device (MSD). Faraday cage packaging in ESD bags is preferred.
